You can order a commission over any social platform or through email ([email protected])

Payment is upfront via PayPal invoice or through Ko-fi.

Instructions when ordering:

1. Attach or link your character reference(s)

2. Details about your character for posing (or pose/theme/expression specifics if you have them such as happy, sad, or doing a flip, etc.)

3. Any additional information I should know :3

I typically take 7-10 commissions at a single time.

I am Neurodivergent and take my time when doing anything, including art.

This means your commission can take anywhere from a week to 3 months to complete (this is alongside other commissions, more detail = longer duration)

The duration of your commission is also based on where you are in my queue. Please let me know ahead of time if you have a time restraint and we can discuss setting a deadline.

To keep you in the loop I do things in steps and update once I've finished a step.

Typical steps are sketch, clean sketch, lining/base color, shading, and final details. I will ask if you want any changes throughout every step and once more after the final image is complete.

All artwork purchased can be used for personal use, pfp, reposting, coloring, and modifying. Modification discussed ahead of time, please.

Artwork cannot be used for Commercial use or NFTs.

If you do post it online or anywhere, all I ask is for you to please credit the artwork. You can use Ko-fi, any social site, or just VampireFlowerArts.

I reserve the right to refuse a request or cancel a commission at any time.

You will receive a full refund if you cancel before the commission begins or if I cancel at any time for any reason.

Partial refunds if commission has been started. Partial prices are determined by the progress of commission. Example: Artist will keep 25% of Commission if it's 1/4 done, so if the commission is $100, the partial refund will be $75.
