Overview
Welcome! These Terms will guide you through my commission process, including how to place an order, what to expect with the timeline, important guidelines, and other helpful details about my artwork. By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the Terms outlined below. I'm excited to work with you ( * ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
Ordering
You can place a commission request through any social platform or by email at [email protected]Payment is required upfront via PayPal, Ko-fi, or Venmo. Payment plans can be discussed.How to Order:
Reference: Attach or link your character reference(s)
Pose/Theme: Describe pose, expression, or theme ideas (e.g., happy, sad, doing a flip — or leave it to me!)
Style: Let me know the style you’d like (Trolls, cartoon, semi-realistic, etc.)
Optional: mInclude any personality traits, interests, or other helpful details
Not sure what style to ask for? I can match a wide range of looks — feel free to ask!Your final image(s) will be delivered by email or through a Google link.
Process
I work in steps and provide updates after completing each one. This may vary, but you'll always receive a process shot of some kind—typically sketch, color, cleaning, etc. I’ll check in along the way to see if you’d like any adjustments.
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Some examples include avatars, reposting, and personal coloring. Art commissions are NOT permitted for commercial use, NFTs, or AI.If you share the artwork online, I’d really appreciate it if you credited me! You can link to my Ko-fi, any of my social platforms, or simply tag 'VampireFlowerArts.' You’ll find icons with my social links below~
Style Details
I offer a variety of styles to suit your preferences—just ask! Whether you’re looking for a cartoonish vibe, semi-realistic art, anime, or something in between, I can adapt to different looks and details based on your vision. Feel free to let me know what style you’re after, and I’ll be happy to bring it to life for you.
Add-ons
These options will add to the cost of an image. Examples include extra characters or poses, or adding a detailed background.Please note that I am still learning to draw complex items, such as cars and buildings, so these may take additional time to complete.You can add extra poses to Sketch Pages at the following rates:
Head: $5
Partial Body: $10
Full Body: $15
Duration
I usually take on 5-10 commissions at a time, depending on the type. I may take more for simpler pieces and fewer for complex ones.Completion times range from 1 week to 3 months, with more complex pieces (such as those with detailed backgrounds, multiple poses, or refined rendering) taking longer. On average, most commissions are completed within 3 weeks. However, this is a general estimate and may vary depending on my workload, other job commitments, or unexpected life events.Commissions are completed in the order they're received. Simpler pieces, like sketches or chibis, are finished faster, while more detailed work takes longer.Please note that I do not accept rush orders. If you need your commission by a specific date, we can discuss it, but a minimum of 3 weeks is required.
Refunds
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. I typically only cancel in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if you cancel before I begin work or if I choose to cancel the commission for any reason.
Partial Refund: If the commission has already started, partial refunds are available based on the progress made. For example, if the commission is 25% complete, I will retain 25% of the total price. So, for a $100 commission that is 25% complete, the refund would be $75.
Do’s and Don’ts

I’m open to trying new things, so feel free to ask!For NSFW art, my work is generally mild. Mostly nude pieces. I enjoy creating lighthearted, fluffy, or humorous pieces, but I am open to exploring some fetishes. I ask that we discuss any specific requests in advance.My NSFW work can be found on FurAffinity (18+ only). All characters are depicted as concensual adults.
